LEGAL NOTICE

In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39 Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, notice is hereby given that W. S. Newell and Sons, Inc., Contractor, has completed the ADOC - Fountain Correctional Facility Entrance Road Improvements dated April 26, 2023, in Escambia County Alabama, DCM (BC) Project No. 2022182, with the Alabama Department of Corrections, and has made request for settlement of said Contract referenced as DCM (BC) Project No. 2022182.  All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this Contract should immediately contact Thompson Engineering, Inc., 2970 Cottage Hill Road, Mobile, AL 36608, 251-666-2443.
This notice will appear for four consecutive weeks starting May 10, 2023 thru May 31, 2023.
